This policy describes CartClarity data use for the TestFlight and App Store release. CartClarity helps users understand grocery nutrition information and make better shopping choices.

What CartClarity collects

CartClarity may store your account email, scanned product history, shopping list, stock items, meal logs, correction reports, and app settings. Apple Health data is only used when you grant permission.

How data is used

Data is used to show product scores, improve food recommendations, manage stock and shopping lists, personalize nutrition context, and keep your account synced across sessions.

Health data

CartClarity does not sell HealthKit data, use it for advertising, or provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Health information is used only for educational grocery and nutrition context.

Your controls

You can sign out, delete local app data, disconnect permissions in iOS Settings, and contact support to request account data deletion.
